Tuesday Special:  Santa Maria Tri-Tip
      Tri Tip roasted to medium rare and lightly smoked then thinly sliced and
      put on our own toasted sourdough bread with our home made salsa.

Wednesday Special:  Philly Cheese Steak 
Sautéed peppers, mushrooms, onions, and steak grilled to perfection and
 topped with provolone cheese and served on our soft fresh baked bun.

Thursday Special:  Greek Gyro
Grilled Lamb, with Peppers & Onions, then covered with Shredded Cabbage and Tzatziki Cucumber Yogurt Sauce, and garnished with Feta Cheese, then stuffed into a Fresh Home Made Pita Breed.
